Suddenly there is a *VRORP* *VRORP* *VRORP* *VRORP* *VRORP* sound, and a blue box materializes in the room.
The door opens and a man in a bowtie steps out.
"Hello," he says grinning. "I'm the Doctor. And this is my time machine the TARDIS. With it all of space and time is open to me. How would you like to come along for a ride?"
