Ranko did not like the look in her eyes. “I thought, I thought....”
“There's more than one way to get a sperm sample.” She touched something, and some waldos from the workshop hovered in the redhead's direction.
“Absolutely not!!” Ranko cried. Cynthia began to whimper a bit. “How can you even think things like that in front of a kid!?!” Oops! Yelled, there.
“Spoil sport.” Another touch and everything was as before. Even the “porn” on the screens were gone. “And I wouldn't worry about Cynthia's morals. She has a...condition. You notice she never speaks.” A mischievous grin appeared. She was about to say something, but changed it to, “She lives among 1,023 (currently) oversexed women, and yet she remains always innocent.” While Ranma was absorbing that along with everything else she had to deal with, Ikuyo had moved on to option #2. On one of her many screens was now something that looked like it could be a high-tech pharmaceutical lab, not that either Ranma or Cynthia would recognize one. “We can begin with norm skin samples. If that does not do the trick, we will have to get some of your sperm.”
Ranko looked at her body. The armor covered all of her skin below her head. Then it dawned on her, “No! I 'm not changing back to a guy yet!”
“Do you want to remain hiding out from the other gir-rls?” Ikuyo was having too much fun. “Yes, they probably will not think,” (that, too, she found amusing) “to look for the male they lust for most in a girl's body. But they are lusting after you. They will not rest until they find you! Literally! Let their health be on your head, Ranma Saotome! Some of them, in their weakened condition of not getting enough sleep will die.” Okay, even Ranko recognized she was getting over-melodramatic. But she also recognized the truth in what she was saying.
“So *shudder* you're saying there's no way out. I can't hide.”
“Of course you can!” Ikuyo couldn't understand why others couldn't see the obvious answers as well as she could. “If I can get enough of your “key” genes to grow in a petrie dish, then Nabiki will be able to access Cloud Nine, the maids from the different mansions around the world will be able to travel to them all, and everyone will think you, Master, are still alive – only at some other place. Grandfather Lukkosai used to go off for weeks, even months at a time, adventuring on his own. And our Profile File of you, Ranma, says you have a deep wanderlust: never in one place for very long. “Months” is the exception.”
“Oh...kay.” Ranko was fast approaching information overload.
“But you absolutely have only a few minutes. Once you become a male again, Nabiki will be able to zero-in on you and use Cloud Nine to bring you to them.” Ranko reached it. Ikuyo became serious, “If the Hanaukyo Maid Team discovers your true identity, Ranko, you will never be able to get away from them. You will always be a Master in a Gilded Cage.”
