I, the undersigned, agree to the following conditions. The possessOR will agree to train the possessEE for a period not to exceed one mortal year and one day (traditional period for fey and supernatural contracts) OR until possessEE has attained the skills necessary to reach the rank of high chunin OR low jonin as determined by authorities in chain of command above possessEE (superior officers in military terms) at end of current emergency if such situation exists at time of promotion. Condition for release will be whichever resolution is acquired first in a normal mortal reckoning of sequential space/time.

"'Hero of the Age'?" asked Hiruzen Sarutobi.
"That would be me," said Sakura (Naruto). "Well, the me that didn't come back. I guess. Kind of a surprise. Would have been nice if someone could have given me more training early on."
"Naruto is a prophesied hero? Naruto?" asked Kakashi. "Who is you? So..."
"Meh, it's a title," said Naruto with a shrug. "Things are already going in a different direction. In the future I experienced, I died fighting Kagura after getting past Edo Tensei Madara Uchiha. And Obito. Rocks fall, everyone dies. Bad ending."
"Someone was powerful enough and stupid enough to resurrect Madara Uchiha?" asked Hiruzen Sarutobi. Kakashi merely mouthed the name "Obito?" and wondered how that could be. Though with the mention of Edo Tensei - there WAS an obvious method.
"Yeah, pretty much," agreed Sakura/Naruto. "Plenty of ninja get to S-Rank and then think of themselves as gods or they're invincible. Which is one of those things that can be pulled off in the short term but falls apart eventually."
"Oh yeah, I can see that," said Kakashi.
Hiruzen Sarutobi nodded. "What else can you tell us of the future?"
"The more I tell you, the more things will shift, and the less useful the intel will be," said Sakura/Naruto. "Here's what I thought out while I was on my way from the shrine. Though a lot of time's passed - I don't remember everything and a lot of it was classified and I never got clearance for details I wasn't personally involved in."
Kakashi knew what was going on with Sakura. Naruto was another story.
Naruto's stealth abilities had gotten better by a large amount overnight. Some new stealth jutsu?
Sakura was apparently meditating, but it was actually a chakra exercise as she was doing so on the underside of a tree branch. Which also meant he shouldn't try for any missions that might put her into chakra-exhaustion.
Sasuke was frowning, not knowing what was going on and clearly not liking it.
"Today's mission," stated Kakashi, holding up the scroll. "Is a D-Rank to repair some fences."
"Right," said Naruto, fading into visibility with a cloak billowing out around him.
"Fine," said Sakura, releasing her jutsu and flipping in mid-drop to land on her feet.
"Pfeh," said Sasuke.
