Her eyes flicked open. Taking in the environment quickly, she came to several conclusions.
She punched Naruto as she got up, sending him flying into a wall where he hit and slid to the floor.
"Okay, too much 'tsundere' in the personality matrix," said Hinata, checking something on a clipboard.
"Stupid elder gods," Sakura grumbled. "Someone want to explain what's going on?"
"Your name is Sakura," said a girl who looked a lot like Hinata. "You are a construct built by the Mad Spark Naruto Uzumaki."
"'Construct'? 'Mad Spark'?" asked Sakura, stretching out because she felt odd.
"You were built," said the girl. "Cloned tissues, special mechanisms, and so on. And a 'Mad Spark' means he's just considered crazy by many in the spark community. A Spark is someone who creates items of Mad Science. Like yourself."
"Yeah, right," said Sakura.
"Well, at least she has the enhanced strength," said Hinata as she checked over Naruto. "He's alive. You broke his jaw though."
"So who are you?" asked Sakura.
"Hanabi Hyuga," said the girl. "We were blinded by another Spark, who sought our exceptional eyes for his own creations. Uzumaki built us new ones with Telescopic X-Ray Vision."
"Byakugan," said Sakura.
"Gezundheit," said Hanabi.
"This is SO wrong," said Sakura. "Okay. I'm leaving. I want no part of this mess."
Hinata picked up her clipboard and scribbled something out.
After Sakura had left, Hanabi glanced at her sister. "Putting this one down as a 'fail'?"
"Yes," agreed Hinata. "Help me get his clothes off and we'll put him in the Bacta Tank. Where did Tsunade go?"
"She left as Naruto was pulling the sheet off of the Sakura unit," said Hanabi, getting up. "You'd think he'd have rebuilt his own body to be more damage-resistant."
"Something to suggest I suppose," agreed Hinata.
This sucked. No indication of where Sasuke had ended up, just Naruto and two Hyuga. Now she was off in a world where NARUTO did weird stuff like rebuilding eyes.
Whatever. She didn't have to put up with that, and so she wasn't.
Sakura looked around now that she'd exited the building. Wooded mountainside. The tower she'd just exited looked old and only partially rebuilt. Two paths stretched out before her, one obviously going mostly straight down the mountain the tower was on. The other curved around and had a fenced-in area.
