Then everyone talks at once:
"Is that a wererat?" Sheila asks
"Did that come from Akane's Room?" Ranma asks
"Does my Hair look good like this?" Kasumi asks
"Does anyone else feel like running?" Nabiki asks
After finishing their questions they all stopped and tried working out what the others said.
"Your hair looks great" Sheila remarked.
"Looks like a wererat to me" Ranma answered
"Yes it did seem to come from Akane's Room" Kasumi calmly replied.
"I think im going to see how fast Jagwere's can run" said Nabiki as she headed away from the stairway, trying to keep silent.
As everybody stopped again to work out what the others said, Sheila stood and said "No-one talk, its easier to take turns."
"Sure"
"Thats Fine"
"Whatever"
"...." Sheila stood there with her mouth open, just staring at them. As she was about to seperate their thought pattens 'Sheila Style', Nabiki's eyes widened, as they filled with tears.
"Akane is coming" she whispered "And she sound like she is pissed, and not drunk.... though if we grab fathers stash, we might be by the time she works out whats happening"
It could be noted that everyone had tuned Nabiki out by this stage, Her panic at actually being PART of the chaos that happens around here, seems to have affected her judgement. For instance, everyone knows that an angry tomboy moves far quicker through a house than booze through the blood-stream.
It was at this point that Akane burst into the room. Not even noticing the other occupants of the room, or the changes done to them, she simply went to Kasumi and grabbed onto her skirt, despite the feeling of wariness coursing through her. 'After all' she thought 'its Kasumi, she will help'
After babbling out her story of woe, without ever looking up from Kasumi's skirt, she started to realise tht her new senses were telling her something. After a moment of contemplation she realised she was very afraid of something, something VERY close.
Slowly pulling her head back, she looked up at her sister, who's nose seemed to be... TWITCHING? and her tail seemed to be swishing, was that a purr?
"Kasumi" Akane trembled out "Whats wrong, what happened, why am I a rat? Why do you look... like.. a.. c.a.t.??"
It was when Kasumi's eye's started to glaze over that Akane realised there was a problem.
Sheila had been watching this with great intrest, "A wererat that is friends with a weretiger?" she mused "see something new every day"
"ummm, Thats Akane, Kasumi's sister" Ranma pointed out helpfuly
"Really?" a very surprised Sheila asked "Wow, I've never seen someone eat their own sister before"
Sheila rolled her eyes and called out "Kasumi, turn back to human, It will stop some of the hormone reflexes that want you to eat her"
"Not long father, Could you set the table." came Kasumi's voice from the kitchen "Akane wont be joining us in afraid"
