"Oh dear," Kasumi said. "I don't know what came over me, she just smells so yummy."
"Kasumi!!!" Akane yelled.
"Okay," Nabiki, who was getting a little hungry around Akane herself, said. "So it's not unbearable then?" Then covered her mouth in realizing that she really shouldn't be attracting Akane's attention.
"Well I never said it was an overpowering urge," Sheila said to Kasumi. "The only reason you probably had any trouble was you weren't expecting it."
It was true, though she wasn't there, Britanny could have easily testified to the fact that she had never at any point had a desire to eat the wererats, smash, maim, and deliver righteous punishment for the stuff they'd pulled on her, but never eat. In fact, since she was of the opinion that the three of them were just a bunch of kids, irritating punks but still kids, and had been rather lenient in her handling of their repeated, and somewhat laughable, attempts on her life.
"But what did that PERVERT do that made me look like this?!!" Akane demanded.
