A shape emerged from the spring. "Very very bad, sir! You fall in Spring of Drownd Furry Meeping Thing! Very curséd spring!" stated the guide.
"*Meep!*" meeped the small pink furry critter that had crawled out of the spring. It blinked it's little beady eyes cutely, then instinctively shook out the water from its fur. It scuttled over to the pool to look at its own reflection. Oh, great! I couldn't be somethin' cool, like a wolf. Noooo, I gotta be a cute pink puffball. The gods hate me, thought Ranma, for the pink fuzzy critter was him.
Unfortunately, as he lamented, the fuzzy creature that Ranma had become was not very imposing, outwardly. Indeed, it looked downright cute, with its button eyes, rotund and pink-furred body, and a thin tail with a puffball at the tip.
"*Meep!*" meeped Ranma the Meep again. Oh well, at least I ain't as bad as those 'tribble' things on that 'Star Truck' show.
