Well, in this "Sim" game, she could manipulate a few things.

Shampoo tripped and fell down, the Lemon Cream pie landing a half second before her face impacted the very same coordinates.
Had Nodoka not been at the controls of the PC, Shampoo would have rushed off to find her airen - a chase scene would have developed, and the effect would have worn off before she could actually manage to catch him.
Now, however, as each line was sent to her, Shampoo had only one obvious thing to blame - that damn loose roof tile.

Shampoo found her knowledge of martial arts melting, her muscle tone fading, her breasts swelling even perkier. She still knew how to fight, but suddenly it wasn't that important.
She was just Ranma's loving maid and mistress, wasn't that right?
Shampoo carefully cleaned the pie off her face and checked to make sure her maid uniform wasn't dirty.
What was she doing on a rooftop, anyway?
Nodoka looked at the carefully made up (or should that be maid up?) little maid Shampoo had become on the screen. Good domestic help and not nearly so violent or possessive.
Nodoka considered the crossdresser. Perhaps.
