Of course, he would need something of them to include in his spell. Something preferably intimate, that held a part of them in it. That was neccessary to have it done properly after all.
So, the old pervert went on a panty raid, looking for girls that had that extra 'oomph' that would make them special...
He'd already... appropriated the Tendo daughters enough times for it to be routine.
Cologne had nearly tagged him when he got Shampoo's.
Having a kunoichi about made for some problems when he went to get Ukyo's.
On the other hand, Sasuke wasn't as hard to get by when he collected Kodachi's.
Honey had shown how special she was when he had gone after her pretties.
Somehow, he had proven that Nuku Nuku could get angry when faced with a pervert in her underwear drawer.
Sleeping peacefully, Ami had never realized that her panties were missing until the next morning.
Makoto came home to find that her own underwear had been taken.
He'd been chased out of the Outer Senshi's house after collecting a pair of Hotaru's and Setsuna's panties, but before he could include the other two lovelies living there.
As for how he managed to get a pair of Morrigan's panties, no one was ever quite sure...
But he had managed some restraint and gone to do the spell. After all, he could always do it again, so trying it out seemed to be a good idea. So, he had put candles at certain points around a specially inscribed circle, and put the collected underwear at the center of it. Then he had begun the chant that would complete the spell that would result in his finally collecting the harem that he had always wanted.
It was almost finished when a... complication arose...
"Heya old freak. What d'ya think yer doing?" asked Ranma as he landed, foot near a set of candles.
The pervert frowned but continued on. He would have included Ranma-chan's panties in the set if the redhead had ever really worn them. Instead, he had been forced to leave the pigtailed girl out of it, which had allowed the boy to be informed (and yelled at) about the latest underwear thefts.
"Not gonna talk, eh?" the pigtailed boy said as he slid into a fighting stance... just as Happosai was completing the spell. And one foot managed to hit the candles that were right next to it, knocking them over.
