Otherwise she might have altered events so that Europeans never went on an exploration kick, becoming more isolationist, and a subcult of Islam instead settled the Americas and opened trade worldwide.
She might have made some sweeping change that only affected Japan, where the multiple mistresses and wives for samurai had never been revoked.
She might have altered something else like that, but there would have been ripples and repercussions from that change.
She had to keep it very localized, and that meant something a little different from a World History alteration or even a Japanese History alteration.
That left a local history change.
Fortunately, much of the details were being handled not by Mihoshi herself, but by the Wish itself. It found the appropriate scenario and clicked it without regard to the human elements affected.
So all of those girls would continue to share Ranma, and just as Nodoka had wished, there would be grandchildren in the not too distant future.
However there would be other problems, as the Wish had worked out the history change to be:
