Ranma got to the top of the tower before the monster did and was now staring at it, preparing to battle
"That's butt-ugly," he said looking at it
"Time do beat this thing! I can do this!"
Using the Soul of Ice, Ranma began to tap into himself to find his focus his very core. He took all the emotions not just his confidence, but his anger, his compassion, his joy, his hate, his hopes, his dreams, his fears, everything. Unknown to him, but those watching, Senshi included watched as his battle aura surrounded his body. It started as a light blue but changed to red, white, purple, black and many other colors before settling on a golden color. It cast everything in a golden light and drove off the shadows.
Those around watched and then they felt it, they felt who Ranma Saotome is. Akane Tendo fell to her knees and began to cry. The Senshi gaped in the purity that was found in someone else other than Usagi and the raw strength that this one man has. The beast began to smoke as the energies around it began to dissolve it, it was just enough to keep the beast from climbing any higher.
Soon the energies was condensed into a golden ball in Ranma's hands that shined just as bright as the sun. Many photographers took pictures of Ranma holding this mini-sun. The beast felt it's exitance in danger so it pounded the tower knocking Ranma off, who was still collecting energy. He twisted in midair so his back was facing the ground and pointed his arms out. What he said came out as a whisper,
"ULTIMATE"
But his voice grew until it drowned out the beast's roar
"MOUKO TAKIBISHA!!!!!"
The ball of chi shot up, so powerful that the ground about 100 feet below rose up into the air because the amount of pressure the Chi-blast was giving off. It redefined the phrase Land of the Raising Sun
