Death threat. Serious death threat. Monsters. Ranma discarded his usual "not take the fight seriously" option and went down the list. Those sticks crackled, so some kind of taser weapon. Knives, green goo on them = poison. Seven bugs. Options analyzed. Moving into action.
One bug rushed forward, raising the stick up.
Ranma realized the guy whose factory or whatever this was had no martial arts skills.
Monsters + weird weapons = must be some more craziness in his own life. This kind of thing never happened to him before he came to Nerima. Well, maybe once a decade or so. Since he'd come here though - one thing after another.
One arm deflected the attack, the other threw a punch that shattered a breastplate that promptly grew slick with some kind of fluid. Five left.
Dodge, counterstrike, punch, footsweep, backflip, kick. Four.
Dodge, disarming strike, grab weapon, slam crackling end into bug's head, make face at how that smelled as the guy cooked. Verification of deadly intent, so on to the next one. Three.
Sidestep, block, disarm, spin, jab, parry, counterstrike. Two.
Duck to avoid thrown knife, lash out with stick. One.
Release weapon, roll out of way, leap, double leap, land on top of opponent. "Do you surrender?"
Bad guy snarls and reaches for something that looks like a gun. "Guess that's a 'no'." Eagle Claw strike to head. And then there were none.
Ranma bounced back up, smiled at the gaping manager. "Ya got a bathroom?"
The manager nodded and pointed to the door.
Ranma nodded back, went in, and was very very sick.

Quisling stared at the door from which the sounds of someone being ill echoed.
He might be only wearing a semblence of a human form, but his race had an honor code. He owed his life to this warrior, and apparently this was a warrior who was not used to killing. Very very good but inexperienced.
As he now owed a life-debt to this "Ranma Saotome" - Quisling had to pay the human back.
In the meantime though, study of this "curse" and directions to those pools might be enough value to give Quisling a promotion. From Branch Manager to...
A heady thought. One thing at a time though. For now, he had to get the contract made for this Ranma.

Ranma looked around as he went home, interested with the feeling of actually having money in his wallet. Now how to keep it from Nabiki?
Odd though, it seemed kinda... odd. Ranma wasn't quite sure what to make of it. It was like something was sort of missing.
Going into the Tendo house, suddenly it clicked for Ranma that something was wrong when he heard:
