"What-cha doing, Shinji?" Askua asked over his shoulders.
With a start Shinji dropped the pencil he was holding and looked at his fellow pilot. "Um, It's a game. . ."
Asuka reached over his shoulder and grabbed the rulebook. "Realms and Realities: Acme edition?" She looked down at the picture on the cover.
"Um, it's a sort of Role Playing game, but it's based on Bugs Bunny and that sort of thing. . ." Shinji interjected.
"And you're playing it?" Asuka commented, "I didn't know you had a sense of humor."
Shinji scowled and grabbed the book out of her hands. "Game's tomorrow, I've gotta roll up a character."
"Hmm, can I join too?" Askua asked.
Shinji blinked and dropped his pencil again. "Join?"
"Sure, I could use a good laugh. Besides RPG's are a multi-person thing, who else are you inviting?"
"Well Toji and Kensuke will be coming by, I invited Rei, but she probably won't come."
"Now Wondergirl probably doesn't have a funny bone in her entire body. Hmm, You won't mind if I invite Hikari too, right?"
"Um, the gamemaster said the more the merrier. . ."
"Oh, who's gamemastering this?"
"Well he's someone the guy I bought the game from knew, He's supposed to know the game really well."
"Well we'll see. Ok, I'll need to role up a character, right?" She commented reaching for the book
"Hey, I already started!" Shinji commented, slamming a hand on the book.
"Ok, ok, sheesh. I'll just sit and watch while you finish up." Asuka commented, walking around and dropping into another seat at the table.
