Asuka opened the door with a smile. "Hello, Hikari!" She told the girl outside. "Come in! I'm glad you accepted my invitation." Lowering her voice, she added, "To many boys for my taste."
"Well, I'm glad you invited me." Hikari commented as she took off her shoes, trying to guess at the identity of the owners of the other shoes by the door. "Um, are. . ."
"All three stooges are here, Kenuske does RPG's along with all the other silly stuff so he got his finished first, Toji's still trying to figure out a few things."
Right. You know, I haven't exactly done a lot with these sorts of games myself. . ."
"Don't worry, the first rule of this particular game is have fun and be funny." Asuka grinned. "If I didn't think this could be fun, I wouldn't have accepted Shinji's invitation."
"Um, you've rolled up a character already, right?"
"Yep! Piece of cake. Kenuske claims that it's more involved than a similar game he's played before, but it's hardly rocket science. And you can trust me on that, I've studied rocket science."
"Well, Ok then."
Thus Shinji, Toji, Kenuske, Asuka and Hikari all rolled up Toon characters, none of them noticing how the books magic engulfed and altered them as they completed the character sheets. Indeed their first real clue came when. . .
