"What progress have you made, Doctor Bunsen?" demanded the mysterious and anonymous evil overlord who shall remain nameless.
"Here at evil labs, we are about to test the latest batch of formula 5-3-X," the mad scientist replied. "Alright Beaker, drink up."
"Meep?" demanded the lab assistant.
"Come now Beaker, you know we'd never get approval to do our research on test lab animals. Down the hatch, there's a good fellow."
"Meep!" Beaker exclaimed as his shaking hand poured the contents of the test tube down his throat. He shook in place for a while, then calmed down. "Neep!" he reported.
"I see," Doctor Bunsen noted on his clipboard, "'Needs salt'"
"BAMF!" Beaker exploded.
"'... and turns subject into a chicken,'" Doctor Bunsen added. "Well, as you can see we are making progress. With a little more testing we will be able to turn the citizens of Tokyo into mindless sheep in no time."
"Sheeesh!" the evil overlord cursed. "I asked you to develop a mind control device, not turn people into actual sheep."
"Are you sure?" Doctor Bunsen asked. "Beaker and I are near to a breakthrough. All we need is a little more testing."
"Book book ba-kuk!" Beaker disagreed.
"No!" the mysterious evil overlord yelled. "I want to rule the city, not sheer it."
"Oh well," Doctor Bunsen sighed. "Come along, Beaker, it's back to the drawing board."
"Buck buck!" the chickened lab assistant commented as he followed his demented mentor.
"Sheesh!" the mysterious villain commented. "Then yelled. Agent P! Report."
"Oh! Oh, Oh!" the femme fatale yelled as she ran into the thrown room. "Here I am Kermie! Ahem! I mean, Agent P reporting, Evil Overlord Sir."
"Whatever," the now not-so-mysterious overlord agreed. "What is your next plan to soften up the city?",
"Oh, Oh," Agent P exclaimed as she ran over to a drawing board, taking the opportunity to brush back her hair, before lifting the pointer and outlining her brilliant plan. ...
