Shampoo came in and whistling a little song asked if Ranma was happy to see her. Ranma demanded what on Earth was going on and why was in bed with Nabiki and Akane at the same time.

"Ranma don't know." she responded. "Shampoo get potion from grandma Cologne. Shampoo no know it work so good."

Eyes wide open, Ranma demanded to know if...

Shampoo used Cologne's potion on him.
Shampoo used Cologne's potion on Akane.
Shampoo used Cologne's potion on Nabiki
Shampoo used Cologne's potion on Nabiki and Akane
Shampoo had used the potion on herself
Shampoo was just teasing Ranma.
