What you might not have discovered yet, is that we have heightened sex-drive and erotic sensitivity, and will find ourselves subservient to all men. However accomplished you ladies are at defending yourselves, Soun will need to protect you ladies from some kinds of trouble. I helplessly watched Happosai make the wish, and as you could guess from my appearance, I've been particularly strongly affected. We have some ideas of what to do about the wish, but it's going to have to wait a day while we enjoy our honeymoon."

"While I'll admit the effects of Happosai's wish prompted my first serious consideration of marrying Ranma personally, magic had nothing do with it after that. I finally couldn't ignore Ranma's noble loyalty and commitment to try to help those he cares about. I made a reasoned decision. I chose to marry Ranma of my own free will. I honestly think we can be happy together."

"And now, you're going to let us through, and we're going to consummate our marriage. Don't bother us until sunrise the day after tomorrow. Ranma, would you please back me up and tell them to let us through and alone to enjoy our honeymoon? Mean it.", Nabiki finished.

Nabiki's polite request, encouragement, and support strengthening him, Ranma added some steel to his backbone and complied. Nabiki also focused her own presence and determination ahead, and together, they plowed a passage through the small, briefly cowed crowd as they traversed to her room and locked the door behind them.

Private details of a honeymoon don't need to be elaborated on. Not even Ranma and Nabiki's honeymoon.

But perhaps some story remains to be told of what happened to the others while Ranma and Nabiki were sequestered on their honeymoon.

• Nothing of significance happened until Ranma and Nabiki reemerged.
• Shampoo turned cat and went home. Let's follow her adventures for a while.
• Akane's pet pig appeared. It seemed to be having epileptic chain-seizures at first, but eventually it got better.
• Someone else came to visit.
• There was a gold rush as the neighborhood discovered and carried off the solid gold back alley wall. Even if Soun manages to defend part of the wall, gold prices are going to be significantly depressed.
