The Ginzuishou was an artifact of nearly limitless power but even it had its limits. All the time paradoxes had strained it greatly. If Sailor Pluto's transformation and powers weren't dependent on it but Setsuna's own star seed, the Time Gates were linked to the silver crystal's power.
Neherenia's spell had been the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back. Like when Usagi had saved them from atmospheric re-entry after the battle against Fiore, the Ginzuishou shattered into pieces. And with it, the Time Gates, source of all the time paradoxes in the first place, were gone. The universe stabilized for good but there had been consequences.
The Sailor Senshi's alternate forms and magical powers had been wiped out and replaced by the transformations brought by their costumes. They were also stuck, unable to change back to their civilian alter-egoes as well. Ranma was the luckiest of the bunch since he kept his martial arts skills and gained James Bond's social prowess, espionage skills and access to various gadgets (the Aston Martin under his name at the parking had been the first clue).
Except for Usagi (now Faerie Princess Moon), Makoto and Rei, the ex-Sailor Senshi were now bound to Ranma Saotome-Bond. The collars and leashes had been translated by Neherenia's enchantment as oaths of servitude. They were part of their new identities and as such, unremovable for the time being.
Hotaru Tomoe was now Catgirl Nurse Hotaru. No longer frail and sickly, her natural healing powers had been amplified and she could summon medical supplies and equipment. She also had the typical agility, speed and strength of an average Anime catgirl.
Ami Mizuno was Catgirl Doctor Ami. She had the same capacities as Hotaru but could not summon medical items. Instead, her knowledge of Medicine in all its forms was damn near universal. She had also gotten 'healing' attacks which had similar effects as Sailor Moon's old purification finishing moves.
Setsuna Meioh had become the equivalent of El Hazard OVAs Ifurita. Lotsa firepower and an adaptation/mimic capacity that would make the Borg collective green with envy. One drawback : Ranma would have to turn her power key once a day. She was also an android but would surprise Ranma at how she was 'fully functional' later...
Minako Aino was now Cutey Kitty, a catgirl android with the powers of Cutey Honey. She needed a disguise or a certain set of skills ? She only had to say "Kitty Flash !" to have them.
Michiru Kaio was napping on a chair and would discover that as Dancer Girl Michiru, she could use the dance magic of Cardina of Magic Knights Rayearth.
Haruka Ten'ou was in the chair right next to Michiru and sleeping too, thanks to Hotaru's sedative shot. Harem Guard Haruka was a mistress of the scimitar and a better fighter than Sailor Uranus but lacked the capacity to launch mana attacks.
And for the others...
Makoto Kino, due to her composite costume, was an amalgam of three fighting video games girls : Mai Shiranui (King of Fighters), Chun-Li Xiang (Street Fighter) and Kasumi (Dead or Alive). Her figure had dramatically improved as had her fighting skill and ki reserves. Ranma was less of a prude thanks to Bond's influence but Makoto's 'bounciness' threatened his nose's blood pressure.
Rei Hino was the worst off. Beyond being a male fantasy and an object of desire, Playboy Bunny Rei had no superpowers. Her shinto priestess training would have to be done from scratch.
Mamoru Chiba was Prince Endymion permanently now. No more rose throwing and cane fighting for him... A part of him was glad for that.
*****
Setsuna's flashback ended. Now that she had all the information on this reality, she had to...
