Many, if not most, teenaged boys, when faced with a beautiful woman in a hypnotic trance and the knowledge that they could do anything with her, would jump at the chance to at least look under the hood. Ash, however, was ... well Ash.
On his journey he'd met a lot of cute girls and was starting to be aware of them in a whole new light. That burgening curriosity was urging him to unwrap his new present. However, he liked the various Nurse Joys he'd met. They were not only so cute, they were always so sweet and nice to him and, most importantly to Ash, they really, really cared for pokemon.
Nurse Joys were people to him, not playthings. He just could not take advantage of her to satisfy his curriosity, no matter how exciting the prospect seemed. He could not go forward with it.
Sighing with mixed relief and regret, he entered the commands that would return Nurse Joy to awareness of herself.
