She realized in a moment how the current position looked, and she immediately decided she could react in one of two ways:
One: she could use her position to throw Hibiki into a wall despite their mutual injuries. She was taller, stronger, and a better fighter than he was by a considerable margin. She could get angry and upset and this might placate Dita, Barnette (who would learn of this from Jura), and Jura. Might.
Two: she could act on an odd impulse and do this.
Hibiki had a moment to realize that two slender but very strong arms had just wrapped around him as he was drawn down into a very passionate, even hungry, if inexperienced, kiss. Not that he could tell much about experience.
Hibiki Tokai did the normal thing for a guy in his position. His eyes went to swirls and any higher mental functions went completely offline..
"Hmmm. He appears to be stunned. Perhaps I did that wrong," said Meia in the silence that followed.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Dita shrieked.
Jura, however, took this as a challenge. "Oh, watch me." She quickly pulled Hibiki away from Meia, draped him over the bed, wrapped herself around him and prepared to use the kissing technique that usually got Barnette going.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Dita shrieked again.
"If you're going to do that, you shouldn't watch," Jura informed Dita.
"He's my Mister Alien," Dita informed Jura as she tried to pull the still stunned Hibiki out of his current position.
"You can't even remember that he's got a name," Jura pointed out.
Meia licked her lips. That had been nice. Like being hit with a shockclub but much more pleasant. "I'd suggest stopping right now, we can discuss this after you've cooled off."
Jura decided to try her squirm/kiss technique anyway. Odd, Hibiki didn't seem to respond much.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Dita shrieked yet again.
"He's unconscious," said Jura disappointedly. "Oh, right, his injuries."
"Mister Alien's only supposed to combine with me," whined Dita.
Meia was about to object when her eyes went to the still playing video, then back to Hibiki. If their Dreads could combine and produce a VanDread because of their shared experiences, what would happen if they did that?!
The same thought hit Dita and Jura simultaneously, causing Jura to give off a speculative gleam and Dita to turn scarlet.
