They were the scourge of the wasteland.
Mutants and monsters, kept in line by those more powerful than them. They called themselves Demons, and as a whole, the Dark Army. They followed the will of one of the most powerful mutants known... the 'Queen' Beryl.
Her Generals, four handsome men with their own secrets and tricks, commanded fear by their mere presence. Kunzite, leader of the army itself. Zoicite, in charge of the assassins and spies. Nephrite, master of the more power-oriented mutants. And Jadeite, the Field Commander and tactician.
Of course, the Dark Army had failed against a small group of young Rangers, and so were nowhere near full strength. But even so, they should have had more than enough mutants and weapons to take one small, out-of-the-way town as their new home.
...too bad for them, they didn't know that little town was currently hosting the likes of Vash the Stampede, Lina the Raider Killer, the 'Vampire' Hunter D, and Bean Bandit.
One thing was certain... this was not going to go down as a great day in the history of the Dark Army...
