But after she sacrificed her life to assist the efforts of Sailor Moon, her Queen's dimensional analogue, Sailor Pluto had been sent by Neo-Queen Serenity to this timeline to be reborn. The timeline from where Sailor Moon had come. Why, Setsuna was never quite sure. Her Queen had only told her to enjoy this life, and to relish it. And that was what she was trying to do.
Setsuna had become acquainted with this timeline's dimensional counterparts of the Sailor Senshi; she was even living together with some of them. She, for once, felt she was equal to her peers, not living under their shadow. She was happy, content, much like when Small Lady would sneak out to spend time with her at the Door of Space and Time. But that is not to say that there hadn't been problems.
Yesterday, one of her housemates, Michiru Kaioh, had caught her lover, Haruka Tenoh, in the act, in a manner of speaking. Haruka had been rather 'careless' in reviewing her 'trophies,' tokens of past conquests. Michiru had seen the pictures, had listened as Haruka faltered and stumbled with her excuses, and had walked right out the door. She mentioned going to see her fiance in Nerima as she stepped out.
Now, the morning after the blow-up, both Michiru and Haruka had yet to return to the house. Haruka had left not too soon after Michiru did, probably off to drown her sorrows somewhere. Hotaru Tomoe, Setsuna's other housemate, had already left for school. She had wondered where her other guardians were but had accepted Setsuna's story of the two probably having a night out in the town. That would have to do until the two came back. Things were going to be tense in the household for a while.
"Interesting that Haruka never read the note about the cancellation of Michiru's concert," thought Setsuna Meioh, as she took in the warm aroma from the mug of tea in her hands. "Coincidental, that," she said to herself as she thought about the piece of paper containing the message that had mysteriously vanished that afternoon and had reappeared that evening. "Yes, quite," she thought as she smiled. Setsuna Meioh was no one's one-night stand.
