Ranma, while watching the rest of the family work on "Project Save Akane from Yet Another Prince," had his own slight problem. Ranma was really unnerved by this whole marriage deal. He considered why it was so unnerving... The suddeness of it wasn't the issue; he has had far worse come along much more quickly. Was it the magic mirror thing involved? Nah... After the nanban incident, he wasn't phased by mirrors. Could it be the kidnapping of Akane? Nope, that just happened way too often to be much of a bother. Ranma's serious look convinced all present that he was thinking about how to save Akane, and not any of the other plethora of problems that existed around this household.
Just then, a thunderous explosion rocked the Tendo home with the battlecry, "World Shaking!"
Ranma's eye twinkled, and he stood up. "That," he thought, "is what was missing. Now, I only need the challenge to be sure..."
As if on cue, the husky voice of the other outer echoed, "Release Michiru, NOW!"
Ranma, now satisfied that at least the wierdness was the same as it has always been, made his way down the stairs of the Tendo home, moving his head from shoulder to shoulder with an audable cracking sound. However, before Ranma could state his token statement of defiance; Soun interrupted from behind.
"What do you want with my niece, young lady," the elder Tendo asked with annoyance.
Ranma facefaulted.
Genma blinked.
Nabiki went on a frantic search for her tape-recorder; then on second thought, she grabbed the cam-corder.
Kasumi ohmy-ed.
Michiru, doing her best to be prim and proper, began to twitch.
Before the arguement between Soun and the outer senshi could begin in earnest, Ranma raised up, "Whattya mean yer niece?!!?"
"Ranma, my boy, why do you think I'm not mad? At last, the families are joined!"
Michiru was in shock. Disbelief. Boggled. How could she, the senshi of Neptune, be related to these wierdos?
"DAMNIT! Who is hiding Michiru?!!?" demanded the overly angry outer, who had long since given up on hiding her identity to these people. "I'll just call the others in, and wipe their memory. You don't fuck with the senshi, damnit," she thought.
That's when she noticed Ranma, who was cracking his knuckles and smiling.
"Ooh, the punk thinks he's tough," chuckled the senshi of Uranus.
While Ranma and the senshi of Uranus stared each other down, Nabiki was busily barking orders, "Move to the right Daddy! Damnit Uncle Saotome get the hell away from the camera!" "Oh yeah," Nabiki thought, "I'm gonna' sell this to the local... NO! To network TV!"
With Nabiki doing what she normally does, Ranma noted that the fuku-girl got really nervous. Yet, before he could tear into that girl that hurt his wife's feelings (he has enough sense to figure THAT out), they were interrupted by...
