"Well, if it helps, we could train Ranma and then test him to see if he's Northern Edge Guard material so he can be near Sheila."
Blinking, Gar asked, "You think this boy is good enough to join the Edge Guard?"
"I think he might be." Julia said. Seeing everyone turn to her, she answered, "Wel, I am the Armsmaster, and just by watching Ranma's movements I can see he has a lot of training that is at least 'decent'."
Ranma said, "Well I was on a martial arts journey for ten years straight. No good Pops..." Ranma said.
"Well, looks like we can try testing him for now, and then try later if he doesn't pass." Onoli said.
Smelling food from the kitchen, Britanny asked Kasumi, "Do I smell fish sausage?"
"Why yes." Kasumi answered. "I don't know why, but when I woke up this morning, I felt like I was in a mood to make some fish."
At this point, quite a few stomachs grumbled.
"Shall I start brining the breakfast into the dining room?"
"YES!" Many voices chorused as no one had eaten yet this morning. What happened for the next half hour was Kasumi serving everyone a fine Japanese and American styled breakfast.
Looking over at Lydia's still full plate, Raphiel asked the wererat, "Aren't you hungry?"
"I don't like fish!" Lydia said, surprisin everyone with the fact she didn't swear.
"You should eat." Raphiel said. "If you don't eat, you could get sick, and then you won't look so cute."
Glaring at Raphiel Lydia then began her triade. "I don't need no #$%#in werecheetah to tell me..." Blinking, Lydia asked, "You think I'm cute?"
"Very." Raphiel said around a mouthful of food that Kasumi had given him. "Especially your ears."
*blink* *blink* "You actually WANT me to say nice things?"
