"Why don't you call me cute?" Akane demanded.
"You WANT me to say nice things to you?" Romeo asked, confused. Akane sputtered for a moment, scowled and proceeded to pout.
"Akane," Kasumi said. "You cannot maintain this childish behaviour any longer. This is not your fault, but it is still your responsibility, and must at least make an attempt to be kind to your new fiancee."
Akane blushed under fur at Kasumi's public reprimand. The very fact that it was public meant that Kasumi's patience with Akane's behavior was at an end. That usually meant that Akane was very much in the wrong.
"Sorry Kasumi," Akane said.
"Now," Kasumi said. "Perhaps you and your fiancee should spend some time alone and discuss matters."
"Can I come?" Moisha asked immediately. "I mean she's like GREAT in..." Moisha noted Akane's whithering glare along with Lydia's and, appropriately enough, whithered.
"I'm not doing THAT," Akane said.
"She's always trying to get me drunk." Lydia confirmed, not saying it had happened once or twice.
"Interesting," Nabiki says with a smile.
