[Episode 32411] [Episode 32411]Actually for some of them it seemed to have been a blessing in disguise... namely the sailor scouts of Jupiter and Venus. When a girl goes chasing after every guy in sight they were considered to be somewhat of a 'bad-girl' yet the old double standard unfortunately held true. Now that the two were a pair of guys chasing every girl they laid their eyes upon however they were just considered to be quite manly and good examples of the community.
For Uranus and Neptune however the public was not as receptively inclined. Lesbianism while frowned heavily upon by many 'upright moral bastions of society' (read bigotted prejudicial idiots) was also pretty easy to conceal considerring that a pair of girls holding hands or always being together was a common sight. But two boys doing the same thing? Alas for our star-crossed lovers, their lives were constantly filled with snubs, derisive words and much pain.
All of that however wasn't the reason the former Setsuna was so truly horrified by what her meddling had saddled them with. No, it wasn't the fact that now all the sailor scouts were male... it was that the uniform hadn't changed at the same time.
Instead of being public heros and adored by fans of all ages the sailor scouts were listed as defilers of decency and perverted exhibitionistic cross-dressers. Oh the shame of it all!
