"She the robot ya wanted me to train?" Ranma asked the Professor.
"No, I think Makoto would be the best choice for this part of the experiment," said Doctor Light.
"Do I call you 'sempai'?" asked Makoto after introductions had been made.
"Sensei is the correct term," informed Ranma.
"Okay, sempai," said Makoto.
Ranma frowned and looked at Doctor Light.
"What do you expect? I'm a super genius robotics expert. You want perfection, ask God." Doctor Light shrugged.
Ranma acknowledged the point. "So who are these others?"
Doctor Light pointed to each. "Minako. Rei. Ami. Hotaru. Usagi and Makoto of course. Listen up. Programming override Theta-Gamma-Epsilon Nineveh Gates Open."
Ranma watched as the already stiff robots seemed to get stiffer.
"Ranma Saotome is here to teach martial arts and help with motor skill development. Focus on him. Unless it contradicts one of my orders or an existing rule, you will follow his orders. My orders take precedence. Close override Theta-Gamma-Epsilon Gate Closure."
Doctor Light then explained this to Ranma. "I have other projects to work on, such as the emoti-chips, and may spend time away from them. This way you can instruct them in my absence."
"That'll make things easier," agreed Ranma.
"I have something else for you," said Doctor Light. "This experimental exosuit, the ROCK. Genma assured me you'd be able to take anything my robots dish out, so consider it an additional safety feature."
"What's Rock stand for?" asked Ranma after seeing [R.O.C.K.] on a side panel.
"I never was able to figure out a suitable acronym," confessed Doctor Light.
"Ah," said Ranma. "Well, let's get to it, then."
Dr Wily finished his preparations. Soon he'd be able to capture the robots, take them to this basement where he could reprogram them and then use them to take over the world!
Megalomania was so depressing unless you actually had a means of using it.
