Arkangel was standing on the top of the Tokyo Tower's main antenna, watching over the City. He had explored all the databases he could access to learn more about what was expected of an angelic figure. His findings were contradictory to say the least. Angels were described as creatures of virtue and good, incapable of violence or as apocalyptic warriors without mercy for evil and sinners. Add to this Ranma's beliefs and human Law...
He had stopped and prevented 14 crimes as well as helping save people from accidents and disasters today. People had been grateful, awed, afraid or downright hateful. The latter could be attribued to the fact that japanese were technically pagans for the majority. A living, breathing icon of a gaijin religion was suspect in their eyes.
Still, there was something else out there... He knew from the Internet and the Mercury computer as well as his own senses that powerful mystical enemies lurked in Tokyo. The japanese authorities were powerless aginst them. it was time for him to intervene.
