Archangel finished downloading the requested police files and began scanning their contents. He was some what surprised at the lenghty reports on each individual member of the wrecking crew. Archangel was still sitting on the ledge of the building as he contemplated how to deal with them. As it rained, he accessed his hosts memories about the NWC and began to formulate his plans around them.
Ryouga was wanted by local and federal authorities, as well Interpol, for numerous felonies and misdeanors across twenty different countries. His crimes included destruction of private and goverment property, assault, vandalism, disturbing the peace, and attempted murder. He had attacked different people in his quest for revenge. Innocent men and women had been attacked and nearly killed. Three men and two women were still in comas from his attacks. The bounty on his head was high.
Tatewaki Kuno had managed to use his families influence to escape numerous rape charges. The two years he had been after Akane Tendo was the longest he had been after a girl. Several of the girls had committed suicide to escape him or avoid dishonoring their families. The Kuno family fortune was the best protection in Nerima.
Kodachi also had used the Kuno family to avoid prosecution for her numerous crimes. The many attacks she had committed would have normally landed her a jail sentence if not a stay at an asylum.
Akane Tendo had barely avoided charges of assault after the morning attacks began. Her anger had come through several incidents outside of school that only Kuno's intercention on her behalf kept her from jail time.
Nabiki Tendo also had a file on her, a large file. She was under investagation for numerous crimes. Blackmail, child pornography, extortion, illegal gambling, racketeering, inciting a riot, and prostitution. She also was suspected of having ties to the Yakuza. Soun Tendo had numerous petty theft warrants out for his arrest as well as assault charges and aiding and abetting a known crimanal.
Happosai had thousands of theft and sexual assault charges waiting for him if he got arrested.
Genma Saotome had charges of assault, thousands of petty theft, child abuse, endangering a minor, child abandonment, attempted murder and blantant breach of contract. Archangel nearly licked his lips in anticipation as he began to consider who to go after first. Finally he made his decision.
