"Hey, I didn't mean to! It was that crazy chick's fault!"
"And you had no hand in it?"
"Umm... I..."
The pirate captain leaned back in her chair with a slight smile. "Personally, I don't hold it against you. It was an accident after all. But that still doesn't explain how you got here."
"Ya got me. One second I'm wishin' ta be away from my problems, the next, I am fallin' on that girl," Ranma said with a shrug.
'The Pexsis aliens must be up to something.' Magno frowned at the thought, but put it aside for later. "That maybe so, but try not to grope the crew women."
"What?! I ain't the one who gropes! That's the old pervert's gig. Talk to him 'bout gropin' girls."
"Ah... I see."
"See what?"
"Many things, but what should concern you is that men and women live on different worlds where we come from."
"Different worlds..?"
"Yes, and they have not had much contact outside of battle. There are worlds outside of Majeru and Tarak where women and men work together."
"But ya got those guy I saw..."
"On this ship, out of the crew, only three are men. That makes the entire male population of the ship, including you, four."
Even with the fact that math had never been his best subject, Ranma could see the problems with this. "But there's gotta be a hundred girls on the ship!"
"At least."
"Oh man. I am in SO much crap."
Chuckling to herself, Magno Vivian hid her smile and watched the young man panick a bit. It should prove to be intersting to see how he dealt with the crew and the other men. Besides, he was a man who had not been with the separation of men and women. He really needed to relax though.
