"Wish for money," advised Nabiki. "No, wish for a set sum. A hundred billion yen. No point in being greedy. Why is everyone looking at me?"
Akane barked a lot, which was her way of stating that Ranma should use the wish to restore her.
Ryouga cried up at the Heavens. "Ranma gets a wish?! There truly is no justice in the world!"
Shampoo popped out of a closet. "Airen should make wish he have happy home with Chinese wife!"
Kasumi considered thoughtfully. "Maybe you should wish for something less frightening?"
Ukyo rushed in, having just been told what was going on by Nabiki for 4,500 yen. "Ranchan! I've got an idea!"
"If you know what's good for you, you'll wish that you were married to Akane," suggested Soun.
Genma had another idea. "Never mind that boy, wish us all cured of our curses!"
Shampoo and Ukyo and Kodachi and Akane erupted into a vicious battle.
Ranma, in typical fashion, watched the chaos continued to build and interrupted by yelling: "I wish you'd all shut up!"
There was a moment of silence, broken only by a whispered "Oh my!" (From Nabiki oddly enough.)
Then came the celestial chorus, light from above, and the Voice.
Because this was a Heavenly Wish, and it was a request specifically for quiet, everyone did NOT suddenly drop dead.
