How Many Thermos [Episode 361]

Ranma glanced around the kitchen, than grunted with a vagualy
amused glint in his eyes.

"Of course...even as weird as the principal is he won't want a
guy and a guy to be paired together! All I have to do is show up at
at school today as a guy. They'll assume that a mistake was made
and I'm off the hook. Plus," Ranma's smile turned crafty
"All the girls will be paired and I won't have to even do the
the stupid assignment." Ranma laughed quietly to himself as he set
about gathering up every thermos he could find and filling
them with hot water. That done he quickly ran to school.

Ten minutes later he was standing in front of the principal and
Miss Hinako, listening to them in dismay.

• "Eh...boy and boy...how did that happen!?" The Principal Kuno questioned Miss Hinako, she shrugged.
• "NO PARTNER?" the principal shouted, he shrugged. "Eh, that no problem, why we just gonna pair you with this little wahine here." He pointed beside him to Miss Hinako.
• "Some prankster must have messed with the computer results for you to end up with Mr. Kuno, however that's fine...I have a special assignment planned for delinquents like you Mr. Saetome." Miss Hinako said glaring down at him.
• "No partner, why this be workin' out just fine, here than." The principal beamed at Ranma, "We got lots a wahine's what need partners on account of sick students." Ranma gulped as he saw the line of new and old students whose partners had apparently mysterioulsy gotten ill today.
• "Hmm...well, Akane had some problems with her partner," Miss Hinako frowned at the corner where a boy was laying drained, "So you can partner with her. However since you two are essentially remarrying after divorces I'm going to have to give you special assignments, to make up for the points already lost."
