Wait, was that something, or someONE. The last thing he remembered clearly was Shampoo showing up and starting a fight with Ukyou, who had been acting rather selflishly about the whole Akane/Kuno thing and Ranma's reaction to it.

There was an explosion, which caught a bystander in it's blast. Ranma had caught the stunned girl in the air when some falling debris clipped his head. What followed was rather hazy, but he somehow got out of the area to this rather beat up cabin somewhere in what sounded like a forest, and it felt cold enough that it must have snowed last night.

Which left the question of why was she female and who was...

"Ranma-sama..." the girl next to him muttered.

That answered that question.

• It was a stereotypical, lemony goodness type, snowed-in anime story, only Kodachi doesn't know about the curse yet and Ranma is female.
• Ranma only thinks he got Kodachi out of the area, actually she got him out, and discovered the curse in tending his wounds. However, her latent Hibiki blood (on her mother's side) choose to act up and she doesn't know where they are now.
• It was a stereotypical lemony-goodnes situation. Kodachi knows about the curse, in fact there was some instant nannichuan for a little bit.
• Kodachi is really hurt and Ranma can't remember how they got there.
