Others started to come out after Ranma, first the Salusian Princess Asrial. "Well, Ranma, this is Atlanta, Georgia. You really think this is where you'll find those rats?"
Ranma nodded his head. "Oh yes indeed."
Ichikoo stepped off the space-cruiser as well. "I've never been to Atlanta before. Hopefully they're used to the sight of jinjas, as Quagmire is."
"I don't think so." Mimi said. "I don't think their used to Ninjas." Then as an afterthought, Mimi added, "Demons and magic on the other hand, yes..." She had remembered how she had taken a small trip to Atlant abefore when the Vampire Queen Natasha was causing trouble with a whole slew of lower demons around here.
Ranma nodded his head hearing that. Oh goodie. Maybe he could walk around here in his true form and the people wouldn't bat an eye.
Jeremy Feeple, just scratched the back of his head as he made his way off the ship. "Hmm... Seems like a normal-enough town. Where the heck to start..."
Mimi rolled her eyes. "Believe me. This town is FAR from normal... As I said before, magic is in abundance in its use here."
"Ah. All right." Jeremy said. He was still unused to magic. He was more used to alien hordes, ninjas, and giant robot attacks himself. As such, magic wasn't a specialty of his to handle.
Arnie looked around, just ready for soem action. Boy, that stop sign over there looked like it could be blown up and no one would give a rip.
Those to stay behind however, were Leeana, Sammi, and Dog Supreme. Leeana because she still wanted to make more Combat Bots, Sammi because she wanted to make sure that Leeana would not take off and leave them stranded, and Dog Supreme... Well, the less said about his present condition, the better...
Ranma started walking towards the town. He was ready to hunt, to find, to kill, and then to eat. "For Life, Lycanthrope, and Loyalty..." Ranma muttered to himself as he prepared to shift to his full smilodon form and start hunting. However, he stopped when he felt someone tap him on the shoulder.
"Hey," Asrial said as she tapped Ranma's shoulder, "Ranma. I had a thought. I know a few people that could help us."
"Really?" Ranma said, trying to sound interested. Internally he was rolling his eyes. This 'hunting party' was already too big for his liking. True, it would make it easier to trap and kill those rats, but if there were too many, their efforts would be rendered inert because of the fact that there would be too many people to try and get in order and handle meaningfully.
"Yes." Asrial said. "The Diggers. They're a family that lives in the suburb of Decatur. They'd be a really big help. I mean, they've dealt with EVERYTHING, and they have some major strengths, like th fact there's an aura mage, an Armsmaster, and that one of them, who is also my friend, is a Lycanthrope."
"Oh?" Ranma asked, raising an eyebrow. Might mean another rat to hunt. "What type?"
"Werecheetah." Asrial said. "But don't be scared, she's really a good person. Very decent fighter. She dislikes rats herself."
Ranma nodded his head, surpressing a smile. The werecheetahs. Iceron's most favored 'children' right next to the werewolves. They were 'natural mousers'. If any of these people would have been a real help to him, it would be this werecheetah the Salusian spoke of. "Yes. I think recruiting the Diggers' help might be a really good idea..."
"That's Britanny and Stryyp's floor."
"... Oh. Nevermind..."
