Sif-Chan: A Few Answers [Episode 37362]

"Um...," Keiichi fumbled over his tongue trying to answer his sister. "Er..." This was a lot harder than it seemed. Taking a breath, he forced the first few words out, "I was trying to order out," and quickly degenerated into babbling, "and Belldandy answered, and said I was to be granted a wish, and I didn't believer her and I wished she would be with me forever, and my wish was granted, and the Ultimate Force got us kicked out of the dorm where I'd been staying, and..."

Keiichi was put out of his misery by Belldandy giggling. Those were fond memories for her.

Megumi blinked as she tried to parse her brother's explanation. "Um... right. And about why I change into something made out of quicksilver?"

"Uh... no clue on that one, actually," he responded with a nervous laugh.

"Then, allow me," Urd said from the where she'd been watching. She had been talking on the phone before Megumi returned. "Peorth called. Apparently, Mara somehow, don't ask me how, managed to mistake Sif here for Sailor Mars character from those Sailor Moon manga Skuld collects."

Skuld protested, "Hey!"

Urd continued, ignoring her little sister, "Anyway, Peorth thought it would be a great idea to give Mara some well deserved payback. So she spread the word to a few friends, and they all decided to hand out a few minor gifts. Sif's already being sponsored by Thor and his wife, and from what Peorth explained, you've been given Vulcan's gift."

"Can I sponsor one?" Skuld asked, enthused.

"'Fraid not," Urd responded with a rueful smirk, "Peorth said Father restricted it to Class 1's only. Or didn't you think I'd have jumped in on this given half a chance?"

"Wait," Sif interrupted. "You mean there are going to be more?"

Urd shrugged her shoulders, "Yep, that's the way Peorth made it sound. Which reminds me," Urd commented as she turned to Belldandy, "she said she wanted talk to you about co-sponsoring Keiichi here. Tuxedo Mask's rose tricks are right up her alley, but she wanted to ask if you'd co-sponsor it."

Belldandy had been frowning ever-so-slightly until she heard the 'co-sponsor' part. "Oh, I think it's a wonderful idea!"

Keiichi urked. He really didn't need that kind of hassle. But, seeing her hopeful glance at him, all he could bring himself to do was nod in agreement. He sighed internally; the things one did when his girlfriend was a goddess...
