Pluto sighed again. This really was a mess.
Haruka and Michiru had managed to tick just about everyone off since they gained the powers of Uranus and Neptune. They somehow got the idea that, being a whole year older than the Inner Senshi, that they didn't need them, didn't need to listen to them, (even going so far as to ignoring a command from Sailor Moon... despite knowing she was the Moon Princess!), and most of all, that they could do no wrong.
An attitude that led them to be indirectly responsible for the deaths of four people. Had they ever worked with either the Inner Senshi or the Gatekeepers, those people would not have died. But because they insisted that they, and they alone, had to handle the situations - going so far as to fight with the others - people had died. And the Gatekeepers were ready to declare all out war on the Senshi, seeing as they did not yet know that Uranus and Neptune were not with the rest of them.
And the truly galling thing was... Pluto could do nothing about it. And likely wasn't going to be able to for quite some time.
Because in this reality... she wasn't awake yet.
Setsuna Meiou was simply an average College Freshman, studying to be a fashion designer. She was not only the dormant Sailor Pluto... but also possessed a Gate: The Gate of Time, of course.
Shortly, her powers would awaken. But the whole face of the future would change depending on which team she ended up with: Inners, Outers, or Gatekeepers.
Pluto sat down and began working on the only thing she could do: preparing a message. When Setsuna's power awoke, Pluto would have but a single chance to speak with her, and influence the path the new world would take...
