Ataru stared at the young man and the group of girls behind him standing in his way "Superman..." Not only him but several members of the group who had imprinted on Ranma Saotome as their love and master. This wasn't looking good. Miz Mishtal was the only one of his slaves who would be able to harm him with her water magic, a fact the kryptonian knew, no doubt.
Clark frowned "Why does everyone keep calling me that !?" Okay, so he was stronger, faster and tougher than anyone. This wasn't a reason to call him by a silly name like with those superhero types. Superman... It had a nice ring but it was a little simplistic in his humble opinion.
Since Lana and Chloe were average and ordinary humans, thay had stayed with the Paris team back in the main computer's room. Ranma had lent him a few of his admirers to help him. They all knew that while it was highly improbable there was any kryptonite in this castle, magic users were somewhat common and a real danger to him, invulnerability or not.
Brianna Diggers had scrounged up a quite nasty-looking power armor from bits and pieces her and there in the castle (when you're able like your sister Gina of building high-tech weapons in a Middle Ages setting like Jade, it's a piece of cake to do likewise in a palace filled with alien gizmos). The only thing she was regretting was that she had lacked time to build a few peebos.
Misato Katsuragi was here too, armed to the teeth with weapons the Diggers sisters had built. Her NERV military training meant she was no slouch in fights and knew how to use firearms.
R. Dorothy Wainwright was an android. Maybe she wasn't as physically powerful as Nuku Nuku or Alita but she wasn't a pushover. She could run fast enough to dodge bullets and could crush steel with her bare hands.
Completing Clark's team were the two remaining priestesses of Mount Muldoon, Afura Mann and Shayla Shayla. They had already activated their elemental lamps and looked eager for a good fight.
Ataru gulped. This wasn't looking good at all. On his side, the only fighters of any value were Miz Mishtal, the El Hazard priestess of water, Catwoman, Shampoo, Ukyo, Kiima and Kodachi Kuno. The Dual girls had standard military training and the others were basically defenceless civilians.
Oh well, his safe escape from here was the priority. You can't make an omelet without breaking a few eggs after all. Their sacrifice would buy him time to make his way to his ship "ATTACK !!!"
The Nerima girls and Catwoman charged, weapons at the ready. Miz Mishtal kissed her ring and summoned water to provide cover fire, her main target being Clark. Kiima took to the air and drew her sword. Ataru opened a secret passage and disappeared inside, followed by his remaining slaves.
Shayla Shayla surrounded herself with her flame shield and jumped in the air to meet Kiima head on. Brianna and Misato were filling the corridor with blaster fire and stun grenades. Dorothy was showing to Catwoman her physical superiority in a painful manner and Clark was trying to knock the former Ranma's fiancee brigade while dodging water spears.
