Slayers Restart: Spells that go boom [Episode 403]

"No kidding," groaned Zelgadis' voice. Lina glanced over to see where Zel had jumped in front - counting on his grolem body to be able to take the most damage. It looked like he had been right too. Anyone else getting hit like that and leaving a furrow in the ground like that - they'd need to find someone who could do a resurrection right now.

"I am so glad that we didn't do this in the castle," complained Amelia from wherever she had landed.

Slowly the dizziness passed as Lina tried to keep steady and on her feet. It looked as if the spell had not only exploded but...

• the spell had been to give herself a bigger bust. The problem was not only that it hadn't worked, but Amelia was a big girl now. Unfortunately so was Gourry?!
• the spell had been to teleport across the continent. They did not reappear at the market in Amelia's kingdom, so where are they?
• the spell had been to summon some help in their current battle against another demon-lord. Unfortunately, Lina has no idea who that is that appeared in the circle.
• the spell had been to rid the world of a menace. Unfortunately, Naga is still there.
• the spell had been for something else and had gone wrong in another manner.
