Well, actually, she was lying down on a tree limb, but it was the same difference.
"Curse you Britanny 'Cheetah' Diggers," she hissed. "How dare you come to my home and steal what is mine by birthright?? And how dare you not show your face while I lay in ambush around your own lair!"
"As priestess of El Dorado I was to be the mate of the prince if he had not chosen one before he became king!" she continued. "I will not stand by and let you steal my heritage and my stripe, Cheetah! I've come a long way to get back what's mine...and if you won't give them back, I'll TAKE them back. And the same goes for ingenue mageling apprentice werewolves, Miss McCracken."
She had a simple plan to forcefully remove all affection for the prince from the heart and souls of her rivals. All she had to do was wait for them to come out...
...and wait...
,,,and wait...
...and wait even longer...
...and wait some more...
...and...
*THUD*
...fall asleep just before falling off her perch to the ground.
