"Hey Ranma," Lydia called out, snickering under her breath. "You remember when Mr. Cheese 'ran away.'"
She turned a corner and blinked as she caught the other scent nearly buried under her sister's and the cat's. And about that time, the three of them came into view at the other end of the cooridor.
"What's Lydia talking about, Britanny?" Ranma asked.
"Who's the small guy?" Lydia asked.
"I don't know," Britanny said. "That's Lydia over there, Genn."
"She really is a lovely creature," Genn said. "You must really look up to her, Ranma."
"Who, me?" Lydia asked. Suddenly Genn was up in her face.
"Most definitely," Genn said, smiling firmly. "Such a slim athletic figure. And what beautiful teeth you have."
"Uhhh..." Lydia said, blushing under her fur at the close scrutiny. Normally the commentary about her was "buck-toothed" and "flat-chested."
"Such a cute smile," Genn said. "I'll bet the guys chase you all over the place."
"Fat chance," Lydia said, snorting and recovering her attitude a little at that comment.
"Then I could have you all to my self then?" Genn asked.
Lydia blinked a moment and then considered before starting to chuckle low and smugly. Somebody was asking about her, it was like a dream. It was too good to be true.
"What were you saying about Mr. Cheese, Lydia?" Ranma asked, breaking into the conversation.
"RAAANNMAA!!!" Lydia howled.
