"Blast. I guess I'm going to have to catch the bus."
Misato got out of her car and started running towards the bus stop. She almost stumbled when she saw that the landscape was blurring beside her. Skidding to a stop, she looked back the way she came.
"It would take me at least five minutes to run this far."
Misato took a deep breath and checked her watch. "I must be dreaming, but I guess I should know."
She switched the display on her watch to stopwatch and started it up. Once she did so, she ran off as fast as she could to NERV.
'Fun dream,' Misato thought. 'I guess that RPG I played created this. Wonder why I don't have my costume.'
Misato slid to a stopp in front of NERV HQ and hit the stopwatch.
"1.23 seconds and I have to subtract the time it took to start and stop the watch."
Misato shook her head and headed for the door. As she reached for the metal door handle a small bolt of static lanced out.
"Ouch," Misato said, while waving her hand back and forth.
Her face took on a very thoughtful expression. 'Pain is not part of dreams. I must have built up a static charge while running.'
Taking a look at her watch, she thought, 'This is really happening. I am an actual speedster. I need to think on this a bit more.'
Misato did her best to keep her movements to the same speed as everyone else. She was feeling a bit irritated at the supposed slowness of everyone around her, even though she knew it was her faster perspective.

Hikari woke up and looked at herself in the mirror again. Yess, she had the body of Honey Kisarig from Cutey Honey Flash.
"How did I wind up with this body?"
She grabbed her head in pain. It was like a thousand people were in the room with her. She tried focussing on one. She heard an idle thought.
'That game must have transformed me. I wonder if it did any of the others. I'd better see about Toji.'
Hikari thought hard, 'Who are you?'
'Huh? Did domeone say something? Hikari, where are you? This is Kensuke?'
'I'm at home with the body of a supermodel and hearing things. I must be going crazy.'
'No, you are not. That game we all played last night gave us the powers of our characters. I'd better get over to Toji's. He's going to need some clothes. I'll have to make up some costumes for everybody. I'll talk to you later.'
Hikari let her connection to Kensuke fade and sat on the bed.
"I'm going to be running around in a tight outfit later and it's going to seem normal to me. I think I'll be too sick to go to school today."
Hikari looked at some plants and levitated them and sat them back down.
"The healing will be nice to have."

Kaji walked into a closed room and shook his head.
"I wonder who or what those Patter Oranga-A's are."
Kaji closed his eyes and yawned. As he did so, he stretched as person would normally do when they shook off sleep. Opening his eyes, Kaji looked down around in shock.
"Huh? How?"
His body was stretched out so that his torso was about mid point of the room's height and his fists were touching the ceiling. Desperatley, Kaji pulled his arms down to his body. He did it too well, for now he was about one foot high. With a bit more trial and error, he got back to his right height.
"Okay. That was weird. Hmm."
Walking as far from the door as he could, Kaji reached for the doorknob. He was startled that his arm started stretching out to reach the knob. He stopped and pulled his arm back. He walked to the door and opened it normally.
He mumbled, "I'm one of the Pattern Orange A's How?"
Kaji saw Misato walking rapidly in the hall. He noticed that she shook her head in disgust and slowed down a bit.
"Misato, I want to talk to you," Kaji called out.
Misato looked at her watch and nodded rapidly.
'Either she's on a sugar high or something else is going on.'
Misato entered the room where Kaji had found out about his stretching powers.
"Sowhatdoyouwanttotalktomeabout?" Misato asked.
"Slow down. I could barely make out what you said," Kaji replied. "I guess the best way to tell you is to show you."
Kaji proceeded to stretch his arm out around Misato and tap her on the shoulder.
"Youtoo?" Misato asked, and with a visible effort asked again. "You too? I found out that I can run very fast. Just like my character from that game last night."
Kaji started when he heard that. "And my powers are also like that character I played last night. I wonder about the other who played."
"Mayaplayedafairylastnight. Ifshehaswingsthenyou'llknow."
"Maya called in sick. And try to slow down when talking, please."
Misato took a deep breath. "I'm sorry. But I'm having trouble with that at the moment. What do we do?"

The Spells 'R' Us wizard smiled as he looked at his plans to spread supers around the world. "Next stop...."
