He heard a knock at the door. He sat up, and walked over. He opened it, seeing a small child standing there, looking up at him.
"Hi. My name's Ren. Um...I was wondering what all those little paper thingies on the well do?"
Kagome's grandfather smiled. "Well, they protect people from all sorts of nasty demons that might come out of that well. Of course, humans can get through, but no demons."

Jaken again pulled on Sesshomaru's leg. "Um..sir. She's not here. She's been invited to somewhere called 'America.' It's across the ocean."
Sesshomaru blinked. "Um...well. Thanks for leading us to the letter which leads us to Kagome. Goodbye."
Sesshomaru, and his friends, turned, and walked off. When outside of range, Jaken asked, "How are we going to GET to America."
Sesshomaru shrugged. "I am not sure. I suspect we will simply have to use the "airplane" which the letter mentioned. We will head to...the airport."
Sesshomaru had no idea what trouble he was getting into...
