Ami had tried so hard to hold onto her secret, her problem. She had done well, no... incidents, in years. But good wasn't perfect, even for her, and her mother had been there when she lost control.
Fortuantly the muggers were only hurt, and given their records the police were willing to overlook the minor discrepancies, like how a female peditrician and her 40 kilos when soaking wet daughter managed to beat up two large muggers. The simple put it down to massive amounts of adrenalin and a mumbled explination about some self defense techniques taught to her by a friend on the girl's part.
Fortunantly it got her mother to tell her the TRUTH about her father. It seems he could do similar things. And now Ami was going to...
