"Do you think it's likely that Ranma could conceal anything through some innate cleverness, child?" Cologne asked of her great granddaughter.
Shampoo frowned. "No..."
"So this is just more foolishness on the part of those two fathers," said Cologne, and then noted the presence of Mousse eavesdropping. Well, why not have a little fun with this situation then? "In a way it is a pity that Ranma is not a couple with Kasumi."
"WHAT?!" Shampoo exclaimed, wondering if her great-grandmother had something in her eye the way she was blinking it.
"Oh, of course, there's a precedent in Chinese Amazon Law," explained Cologne, figuring she'd let Shampoo in on the joke later. "Kasumi Tendo isn't a warrior, not by any stretch of the imagination, and if she were a couple with Ranma - you could marry Ranma and take Kasumi as a concubine."

"Nobody said you had to," said Cologne, pointedly ignoring the way Mousse was now trying to sneak away while quacking under his breath.
"Shampoo got to go take care of something," said Shampoo, moving into the back room.
Cologne shrugged. She'd tell Shampoo when she got back. It would be interesting to see how Mousse dealt with the idea. Heh heh. Ah, here came the dinner crowd! Things would get busy now.
