In polar orbit above the Moon was Apollo Castle. It had been constructed by Neo-Queen Serenity's order shortly after Usa became Sailor Chibi Moon. The other Scouts had castles orbiting their worlds and in Neo-Queen Serenity's order obsessed state, that meant that Usa needed to have a castle as well. Apollo Castle was made out of crystal and was shaped like an old European cut diamond. Near the point at the bottom of the castle on each there face was a small crystal pylon that stuck out.
Unlike the other sailor castles in the Solar System, Apollo Castle was actually used. It was the perfect place for Usa to go to when the dull and orderly state of the palace got to be too much for her to take. Even though none of the other scouts used their castles Neo-Queen Serenity's orderly mind saw nothing wrong with a scout being at her castle. That meant that Usa could, provided she appeared in the castle for important state functions, as much time at Apollo Castle just being herself.
Since only Usa was supposed to be on Apollo Castle and no one visited the castle besides her, it was the perfect place to take Ranma to. Once the teleporation spell ended Usa said, "Welcome to my little hideaway Ranma. This is Apollo Castle and it, at least until things on Earth are resolved, is to be your new home. Hope it doesn't feel like I'm imprisoning you here, but this is the only place I know of for sure that you won't be detected."
Usa's face showed how worried and nervous the princess was as she continued on. "If I took you back to Crystal Tokyo I would have had trouble hiding you from the regular patrols. While I want you to help me liven things up in Crystal Tokyo, just dropping you in the middle of street is not the answer. If we don't handle things carefully then mother may purify you."
Ranma shrugged his shoulders and said, "I understand Usa." It was obvious to Ranma that Usa was putting a lot of hope in him being able to help her. Since Usa had saved him from certain death, or at least she claimed to have saved him from certain death, and she hadn't tried to jump him yet Ranma was willing to go along with whatever she told him. Besides, it wasn't like he could just go back to the Tendo Dojo to crash for the night.
