Naturally - considering their origins - Cyberdyne had a lot of anime and other fictional character knockoffs.
And why not? They sold! Picture some guy whose main anime fix being going up to write episodes on an Addventure getting a chance to buy their own Kasumi or Cutey Honey. How much would they scrape together for a down payment for such a thing?
They might go to a Sailor Moon universe and sell Makoto Kino a Ranma Saotome cyberguy, why not do the reverse?
They hadn't immediately recognized Ranma but once they downloaded the appropriate files, they could even sell Ranma a Ranma-chan for when he had to be in two places at once. Personality, skills, and other things duplicated as needed.
Which was why Ranma was now looking at an android that he didn't realize was from a series like
