Nowhere in there had been anything approaching having a relationship where she would be seen as a woman, not as the Senshi. Heck, she would not even really 'let her hair down' outside of the Time Gate.
Having found out that she was to have someone who would bed her to a nonsensical state was a bit of a surprise. One that she found that she liked as she thought about it. Previously, her opportunities to relax on Earth were nonexistant due to the fact that if she let down most of her barriers, never mind all, she would be risking possiblities of major paradoxes that could cause who knew what type of troubles.
But she discovered that she could not restrain her yearning for some kind of male contact. The others had at least some opportunity and hope that they would find someone to be with. Usagi and Mamoru, along with Haruka and Michiru, knew that they would have a partner to love and be loved by. However, she had always felt that she would never have that same opportunity, that she would be alone forever.
Her little trip to the future had disproved that little theory, and she had a seed of hope germinating in her heart. If it was possible, she wanted to know who it was, and how it happened as much as she could. There was her chance, and she wanted to grab it. She had her inkling, but one phot did not prove it...
So she went for a little journey and found that she would go into a very enjoyable relationship with:
