THAT was just plain silly. Nonetheless, that did appear to be their first enemy in the restructured timeline.

Oh. She'd need a polaroid, there was a better than even chance of at least Sailor Uranus getting hit with that. If she got a picture of that she'd have to make a poster-sized copy. Or two. Not that she was upset about having to die once to cover the Outer Senshi during the assault on Mugen Gakuen or again later by their hands while facing Galaxia. Certainly not.
"Eeet ees good," said the woman in the chef outfit. Except that this outfit looked more like a Las Vegas showgirl sort of chef outfit. "Soon all of zis city will be mine! Those restraunteur poseurs will recognize the true superiority of my art! For am I not Oolala - the French Pastry!"
"Glorp!" said the pastry monster next to her.
"Patience my pet," counseled the Frenchwoman. "First we will strike that place that sells ze pancakes and take zat oveir as our base of operations! Vive Le France!"
"Sclorp!" agreed the crepe monster.
"I vill show those other Dark Generals that ze way to power is an art. And only the French truly appreciate the art of fine cuisine and the value of art itself. After ve get this chef girl and her pretty boy, ve go after that Chinese restaurant and those barbarians who work there. Then my Mind Puff Pastries will sell throughout this ward, turning ze people into ze proper servitors for ze Empire!"
"Chee chee chee," pointed out a large animated piece of kitchen equipment.
"Yes, you shall pound out their impurities, grind out their inhibitions, and reduce their wills to the consistency of ze egg creme." Oulala agreed. "Ah. Zere is the girl with ze spatula!"
