Seeing that attack by proxy was lagely futile Metallia swung one great arm of dark energy in an attempt to physicallt strike her foe. Slifer, however, had now grown in size until he was her equal, add to that that he had the skills of one of the best martial artists on the planet and the Demon Goddess was in trouble.
Ranma was a quick thinker, he had both combat experiance and training, he was all in all used to fighting hand to hand.
These were all qualities that Metallia lacked.
Which might go to explain why she was so suprised when her attack was met with a text book Anything Goes block performed by a certain red forearm larger than a double decker bus. It might also explain why she was even more suprised when his other claw struck her side. Apparently she never thought of using her other arm.
"DAMN YOU OSIRIS!!!!!! YOU DARE TO DEFIE ME THUS?!?!?!? IN THAT CASE EXPECT NO MERCY!!! PREPARE TO FEEL MY WRATH!!!"
Metallia had a great number of abilities and she now employed one of the most basic. Transforming herself into pure destructive energy she bore down upon the transformed martial artist like a truck upon a motorcycle.
Once again Slifer gave no responce, but instead drew his power tighter around him and met the charge as solidly as he could.
"HAH, YOU'RE FINISHED!!! YOU CAN'T HOLD ME LONG, YOUR POWER WILL RUN DRY!!!" Exulted the wicked goddess as she strained against the divine dragon.
As much as he hated to admit it Slifer knew that she was right. While he drew his power from his own enormous internal energies Metallia drew her strength form the Abyss. While his power was great and could, at least at first, match hers eventually he would tire while her strength was endless.
Fortunatly he had no intention of tring to match her head to head.
*LOOK UP HELL BITCH.*
The dark entity barly had time to wonder what her foe was talking about when the the great great granddaddy of all of Zeuses divine thunderbolts came crashing down on he head. While she had been focusing all of her energy in trying to plow through Slifers defences the dragon had been weaving the storm above them to launch a lightening blast even more powerful than his own breath weapon. With her focus all on attack Metallia had had nothing left for defence and had taken some sreous damage.
