Next to her, Ryouga shrugged. "I wish. I can look for days and find nothing."
"Then you should be used to this sort of stuff."
"Not that I want to be. You have no idea how hard it can be to hve to trudge for days at a time, just to make it from one place to another. The pain and suffering that I have to go through just to get to the Dojo..."
"Ryouga?"
"Yes?"
"I was just teasin'. Ya don't have ta go on like that."
"Er... sorry."
"No problem. I just wish that we could find somethin' other than a bunch of trees."
"Well, I think that I can see something that would fit."
"Huh? Where?"
"Right here," he told her and pointed to where some plants' large leaves were were covering the space between them.
"There? What's so special about that?"
"What's behind them," he said, and pushed the leaves apart, exposing a small rocky outcropping that a trail of water was spilling over and into a sizable pool.
The redhead's face broke open into a large smile. "This is great! How'd ya know that it was here?"
"Some of the plants need lots of water, and this is the only place that there were near. Makes it easier when you've got to find water to notice that sort of thing."
"See? All that gettin' lost you do is good for something!"
"Thanks... I think."
"And now I can finally take a bath!"
"You're pretty excited about that."
"I really need one."
"So do I, but you don't see me wanting one that bad."
She turned a bright red and looked away from him. "Ya don't understand. I really need ta take one."
"What are you talking about?"
"I... Don't make me say it. Just trust me."
"Uh... Okay."
"Thanks. Now just sit right here," she told him, as she moved him to where she wanted him. "And stay there. I don't wanna have ta look for ya after my bath."
"Sure..."
"Perfect," Ranma said, and stepped behind a bush. Her clothes were draped over some nearby branches, and then he heard a bit of a splash. "Oooh... cold."
"You okay?"
"Yeah... It's just a bit colder than I figured it would be."
"Oh well," he said and settled down to wait. It wasn't like he had much else to do. They were both going to the same place after all, and she could get him back faster than he could. Plus, it was nice to have some company when he was traveling. Giving her some time to take a bath was nothing much. That'd let her get clean and feel a bit better.
And it apparently would let her waste quite a bit of time. He couldn't figure out what it was that could take her so long to do. She was so much smaller than he was, so that meant less to wash, right?
Wondering why the redhead was doing that took so long, he crawled over to where she had gone and looked to see where she was. Finding her wasn't a problem. She was apparently enjoying herself, and not really paying attention. There, in the middle of the water, was the pigtailed girl, enjoying her bath.
She was also completely and utterly nude.
Unaware of his watching, she continued to have her fun in the water. Her body glistened with thr drops of water that beaded upon the pale skin. Upon her head, her hair was slick and wet, hanging softly around her delicate face. The pool's waters spilled over her shoulders and onto the tops of her full breasts. As she slipped into a slow swim, her shapely legs broke the water in an even rhythm. Then she climbed out of the water and let the small waterfall cascade over her entire body.
Ryouga choked and then slipped back to where he had been sitting before, not that he had been trying to. What he had seen was filling his mind, and he just couldn't get it out. The whole thing had been something that he just knew that he should have fainted from already. But since he hadn't, all he could think about was the scene at the pool.
"Hey, Ryouga?"
The Lost Boy looked up and saw a fully clothed Ranma looking down on him with concern tinging her features. "Huh?"
"You okay buddy? I've been tryin' ta get your attention for the past few minutes."
"You have?"
"Yeah, but you were kinda spacin' out. You feelin' okay?"
"Who me? I'm fine. Perfect even."
"You're sure?"
"Uh-huh. Perfect even."
"Okay..."
"So, what do you want to do?"
Surprise filled her features for a moment. "Ya are askin' me?"
"Sure, why not?"
